Conditions:
TAXES AND PERMIT FEE ARE NOT INCLUDED.
HIGH CEILING: we will charge an additional cost per potlight based on the height.
We will charge $150 for doing extra work to run the wires and feeds to the ceiling to install the switch if there is no fixture or power.
